Children First - a required program for non-custodial parents who are behind in child support payments. Enrollees receive coaching on how to find and maintain employment.
Windows to Work - the program promotes self-sufficiency for individuals returning to the community through the development of constructive skills and modification of thought processes related to criminal behavior. On site at Racine Correctional Institution or Sturtevant Transitional Facility, individuals with a felony conviction are provided with life skills, critical decision making and employment search assistance 6 to 9 months prior to release and for up to a year after release.
