Evidence.com Disclosure Portal – No more download links!
We’d like to announce that private bar attorneys can now register for their own evidence.com account, providing convenient access to view evidence for their cases without the need for initial downloads.
Restrictions & Requirements
- Currently, only one user per law firm is permitted, requiring the use of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code sent to the registered email address for secure sign-in. Please consider this requirement when submitting a user for your account.
- Each case has a 90-day active period, with the expiration date prominently displayed at the top of the page. To ensure record retention, it is advisable to download case files before the expiration date approaches.
- You must provide your bar number to create an account.
- Account setup may take up to 1 week, and you will receive an email from Axon's Evidence.com with instructions to complete the setup.
- When submitting requests through the discovery form, please check the "Submit to Disclosure Portal" box. Failure to do so will result in a download link being sent to the provided email address.
Note: If you or your office is interested in your own Axon Justice account, where you can setup multiple users, access additional tools, and increase storage to avoid expiration dates, contact Axon at: https://www.axon.com/solutions/justice
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to providing you with an enhanced experience through our evidence.com platform.
