The Racine County Communications Center is the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) that serves as a link for residents in Racine County to access Police, Fire and/or Rescue assistance. We answer both 911 emergency calls as well as non-emergency police/fire/rescue calls via our non-emergency number (262) 886-2300. We then dispatch the appropriate police, fire and/or rescue units as needed. Mission Statement
We the staff of the Racine County Communications Center are the first of the first responders. We serve as the critical link between the people of Racine County and all emergency and non-emergency agencies. It is our duty to promote, preserve and protect the public safety and security of all people in Racine County. We recognize that service is our one and only product.
