The Sheriff's Office is responsible for processing and serving arrest warrants, bench warrants, fine and cost commitments, county municipal commitments and other court orders issued by Racine County, for persons who are wanted by law enforcement agencies both locally and nationwide.

How do I take care of a warrant?
- You may turn yourself in at the Racine County Jail, 717 Wisconsin Ave. Racine, WI 53403, or to any law enforcement agency.
- You may post cash bail/bond for yourself or someone else at the Racine County Jail or Records Bureau, 717 Wisconsin Ave. Racine, WI 53403. Bail/bond is accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the Racine County Jail. Click here for directions
- Cash, cashier's checks or money orders for the exact amount of bail made out to the Racine County Sheriff's Office will be accepted. Debit/credit cards will be accepted with an additional fee. Fees will be processed though GovPayNet.
- A valid photo ID is also required to pay bails.
