Jail2Jobs helps connect individuals returning to the community from corrections to job opportunities. A dedicated Jail2Jobs staff member will help vet candidates for work readiness to succeed at your business.
BUSINESS INVOLVEMENT
Recently incarcerated individuals who gain employment and have financial stability are more likely to become productive members of their community and less likely to recidivate.
Complete the below business application to participate. A Jail2Jobs staff member will help identify candidates with the right skills, knowledge, and experience for your business. From here, a Zoom meeting will be arranged between the qualified business representative and the incarcerated individual to help secure employment at the time of their release or shortly thereafter if in-person meetings are required.
