The Racine County Real Property Listing department acts as a repository for the County Survey files.

Not all properties in the County have a survey on file. If there is one, you can purchase a copy from our office either in person or online. If there is NOT a survey on file, you may want to contact a surveying company for further assistance.

Attention Surveyors: Please note that Wisconsin State Statute 59.45(1)(b) requires professional land surveyors to file a true and correct copy of any survey with the Land Information Office within sixty days of completion.
