APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED- Please call 262-636-3208 to schedule an appointment.

Only one person is allowed at a time.

A maximum of 2 hours is allowed per appointment.

Searching Requirements / Rules for Searching:

1. An application will need to be filled out if you haven't searched here before.
2. You will need to present satisfactory proof of identification.
3. No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the records area.
4. No food or beverages are allowed in the records area.
5. No picture taking of records allowed.
6. You must allow the staff access to the indexes or volumes needed to conduct daily business.
7. You must not ask the staff to perform tasks which are contrary to statutes or administrative rule.
8. You may not write on, alter, mutilate, or destroy a record.
9. Please work with one book at a time.
10. Please return each book to its proper location when you finish with it.
11. Do not remove pages from books.
