The Intergovernmental Cooperation Council (ICC) includes the County Executive and mayor, village president, town chair or administrator from each of the 17 municipalities inside Racine County. The RCICC is a respectful forum for intergovernmental dialogue and information sharing to address common issues, successes, and challenges; pertinent state or federal legislation; and opportunities for collaboration or service sharing that saves tax dollars and enhances the lives of our residents. The ICC was created pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 66.0301 The RCICC meets on the fifth Wednesday, if possible, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm in the months of January, March, May, August, and November. Meetings will be scheduled on a rotating basis at different municipalities. |
