The Racine County Human Services Department's Youth Justice Unit offers an array of services both directly and through local community agencies for youth who are adjudicated delinquent or at risk for formal court involvement. Programming is based on a model that holds juveniles accountable for their behaviors, builds desirable competencies in youth and addresses community safety.
