Q: How do I send you something to print?

A: The easiest and best way is through the TRAC system.  However, you can also email us or stop in to the shop. 

Q: What format do you prefer?

A: We prefer a digital file, but we do accept hard copies, also.  Of digital formats, we prefer PDFs, as they preserve your formatting and fonts.  Other formats are accepted, however, and we will work with you to get the best possible results.

Q: Do you handle mailings?

A: Yes! We can print inserts and envelopes, fold and stuff, meter and mail.  We also do postcards and invitations!

Q: Can you do a mail merge?

A: Yes, we certainly can.  We ask that you have your recipient list in an Excel spreadsheet formatted for this(separate columns for name, address, city, state, and zip).  Also, we would like the Word(.doc) or Publisher(.pub) document as merging is much smoother between these programs.

Q: Can you print color envelopes?

A: Absolutely!  Our new Xante Impressia allows us to print full color edge to edge envelopes.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: Our official turn around time is five(5) business days.  It frequently takes less than that, but that is the time frame we ask you to take into consideration when ordering.

Q: Can you design a business card/brochure/newsletter/etc. for me?

A: No.  We are not geared toward graphic design.  However, we are more than willing to help you with any questions and/or optimize your designs for the printing process.  We want your project to look amazing, too.
