The List of Unclaimed Funds for 2023 of known owners was published in the Racine Journal Times on January 27th, 2023. The list, which is also linked below, is alphabetical by owners last name or business name and separated by the Municipality and County Department that is holding the fund(s). If your name or business entity is on the list you can contact the Municipal Office or County department that is holding your fund(s) until August 10th, 2023 to make a claim.
After August 10th, 2023, all claims for funds must be made to the Racine County Treasurer's Office at 730 Wisconsin Ave Racine WI 53403. Such funds will be held by Racine County for up to 10 years.
You will need to fill out an Affidavit of Ownership and provide a valid photo ID in order to claim your funds. Contact information can be found in the Listing and in the Q&A's document that are both linked below.
