ABOUT

The Racine County Summer Youth Employment Program helps young adults between the ages of 15 and 18 develop their skills and prepare for future employment. Our youths will spend the summer working for various businesses, organizations and government agencies in Racine County.

Over the summer, several hundreds of youths will gain valuable work experience, skill development and professional development. Along with learning topics such as financial independence, preparation for the future and building confidence.

Overall, joining a summer youth employment program can be a holistic and enriching experience, offering a combination of practical skills, professional exposure, and personal development.
