ABOUT MANUFACTURING TRAINING
In less than 16 weeks, you can learn essential skills for jobs in the high-demand industry of advanced manufacturing including how to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems and work hands-on with machinery.
Eligible participants have received state assistance benefits for a minimum of 3 years, or are incarcerated with a desire to work in the advanced manufacturing industry - a rapidly growing field in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Upon completion, participants receive a Mechanical Maintenance Technician Certificate, job opportunities in the Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Technician fields and a pathway to further education opportunities.
SESSION TRAINING INFORMATION
The hands-on training will be provided by Gateway Technical College Instructors at the SC Johnson iMet Center, 2320 Renaissance Boulevard, Sturtevant.
