Windows to Work - the program promotes self-sufficiency for individuals returning to the community through the development of constructive skills and modification of thought processes related to criminal behavior. On site at Racine Correctional Institution or Sturtevant Transitional Facility, individuals with a felony conviction are provided with life skills, critical decision making and employment search assistance 6 to 9 months prior to release and for up to a year after release.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) - provides employment and training services to adults, dislocated workers (including displaced homemakers) and young adults (ages 16 to 24). Local policy may limit eligibility for intensive training services to public assistance recipients, low income individuals, or other identified target groups.
