The most effective and efficient process to contact Information Systems is through the I.T. Help Desk. The I.T. Help Desk can be reached by either e-mail: ITHelpDesk@racinecounty.com or by phone: 262-636-3777.
After leaving a description of your problem or request for service a Service Ticket will be created and your information will be forwarded to the proper resource. It is important that you do NOT contact individual Information Technology Staff members directly due to the fact they may not be available and delay your resolution.
